Hi,

Recently I bought a new BenQ XL2411Z.
After a lot of trying i managing to get the option to use both 120 and 144Hz.
When I try to use one of these frequenties however, it tells me I should use the DVI cable that came with the monitor in order to support it.

My problem here is: I AM using that cable and I have no idea what is going wrong.
My gpu: Sapphire R7 250 2 GB with Boost

Does anyone know what is going on here?

You need a GPU with DVI-DL to support 120 & 144 hz refresh rate. It may even be you need DL to support more than 75hz but I'm not positive where the cutoff is.
