Use two single RAM in dual channel

Hi. I got two 8gb kingston single channel 2133MHz CL15. I wanted to know that is it possible to use these in a dual channel ram slot??? Will i get higher performance or i should use dual channel rams???

you should really used a match pair kit, however, there is no harm in trying, it will either work or it wont, yes performance will be slightly better in dual channel mode.
