Use Wifi camera on mobile hotspot

Trying to use a wifi camera on a mobile hotspot. Are there certain wifi cameras that work with mobile hotspots?

Wifi is wifi. Your hotspot is a wifi AP like any other wifi AP. And your camera is a wifi client like any other wifi client. As long as they are network compatible at the wifi protocol level (G, N, AC), freq (2.4GHz, 5GHz), etc., it should work.
