Use windows 8 preview for a new computer

So I want to save 100$ and get the developer preview as my main os. Since it lasts until January, 2013 that should be good enough to buy windows 7 as my primary. Oh and can I downgrade form 8 to 7 with all of my files too?

What do you guys think? That extra 100$ could be used for a beast gpu and I don't want to pirate stuff.

Oh and the computer will be brand new, like the hard drive won't have anything installed (right out of the box)

edit: Oh well, I guess I'll have to Jack Sparrow this one.

It's the "release preview" that's the most current state of Win8, the last preview before the real thing. The only way to downgrade from 8RP to 7 would be to format the drive and do a fresh install of Windows.

I mean the 100$ extra that I can now use on my gpu. It's the difference between 7870 and 670 which is pretty big.
