[SOLVED] Use Windows To Go to keep in touch with older family members

I live a long way from my mother-in-law and we use Skype a lot to communicate. She is not tech-savvy AT ALL. When I heard about "Windows to Go" I wondered if there was a way that I could mail her a USB key every few months with an updated version (i.e. updated anti-virus, updated Skype, etc). The problem is that when the computer becomes sluggish, has problems, etc, I either have to coordinate someone going to her house to help her, or making the trip myself. Can Windows To Go help me with this problem? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Solution
Not really, no.

Skype, AV, Windows...all should update naturally all by itself.

In addition, any files she's saved will not be on the USB you would send her.
"Hey....where's my stuff?"

Log in remotely.
TeamViewer or RDC. Fix the PC over the wire.
