I'm building a new pc, for 3d rendering and video editing. But my budget isn't huge, so I don't know if what graphic best value.

I used 3090 from 2021 for 600 euro seems like a decent choice. With the 24g og vram form big projects. Or is it better to go with something newer with less vram. Like a 5070 ti, 4070 to super or 4080.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Since you say you're on a budget, I have to ask, what sort of specs have you amassed? Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

On a side note, since the term budget is relative, what sort of a budget are you working with for your entire build if you didn't get the rest of the parts for said build? If your platform can't take advantage of the GPU, then there's little point in jumping for an offer that seems to good to beat. You would also need a reliably built 1.2KW PSU at the very least to power your entire system with the RTX3090 in it. No, I'm not kidding.

I used 3090 from 2021 for 600 euro seems like a decent choice.
Where are you located? Preferred site for purchase?

Might want to list all the app's that you'll be taxing the system with, without an etc in that sentence.
