Powering an all AMD Ryzen 3600 and 5700 XT Build, and I have a dilemma about how to power the rig.

Good, high quality used PSUs are available near me for roughly $50. Both the Corsair RM650 and EVGA G5 went up for sale for that price
On the other hand, the Thermaltake BM2 and 600W BitFenix Formula can also be had for ~$50 including tax.

So which would you choose? Wattage isn't a concern, but would you trust a worse PSU with a warranty over a higher quality component with an unknown history?
For reference, I'm talking US dollars and shipping here.

The A-listers easily. I'd take one of the B-list ones new, but certainly not the Thermaltake with that GPU, given that its double-forward and uses ChengX caps on the secondary. I haven't seen the Bitfenix Formula Bronze torn down (as opposed to the Gold), but it's definitely a cheaper platform and I'd avoid.
