Question used brother mfc ?8270dn: no boot, no lights, no sound?

history scarce, but used to work. plugged, power at priter, usb connected. may need drum + toner. unit appears closed, no master power switch found - only a cancel function witch, and press/hold does nothing. where are fuses etc pls? i'm old, weak-may need an heelper.

By "used" do you mean that you got the printer from some other source or that you have just been the only user having purchased the printer new?

How old is the printer?

Are you unable to access the drum and/or toner?
