Hi guys. Can I ask for used systems and its components. I have a budget of around 300 to 400 dollars. Products that ship worldwide would be recommended since I am from the Philippines. The 300 to 400 budget would just be for the cpu by the way. Thanks guys.

Just scroll down to the charts. Even for 1920x1080 resolution you need an expensive build. To play between 40-60 fps you will need a gtx950 (aproxx $100 used) or a gtx1050ti $200 new. That is already the third of your budget. I would recommend to shoot for a $500 build, like this two in the guide: https://pcmasterracebuilds.com/blog/the-best-500-dollar-gaming-pc-build/

If you are looking for used PCs, look for the intel 4th or 7th generation platforms. Do you mean the pc tower by CPU (without monitor and peripheries) or the processor?

Around $400 you can find configurations such as :
4790k processor
z97 chipset motherboard
8 or 16GB DDR3 RAM
plus case, power supply unit maybe a low end graphics card.

If you specify your question and use case one can help you better. Hope to hear about you.

Yeah. I just wanted different suggestions to see what CPU I could get for 300 to 400 dollars. The items I need would be the processor, motherboard, graphics card, ram, psu, and the case. Maybe expected fps in games such as rainbow six, pubg, and fortnite in 1080p could help too. I'm just getting into pc building that's why I'm being careful about this. Thank you.
