Used fisher stereo systems

i have a 1987 fisher amp turn table and tuner that need repairing.repair estimate was 500$.plus i would have to buy new speakers.is it worth repairing?

Not when you can buy a new, modern system for less. However, if it is of sentimental value, that is a little harder to quantify. Depends on whether you can afford it.
