Used gaming pc with gtx titan sli for 915 dollars

i found a used gaming pc with 2 nvidia gtx titans running sli for 915 dollars. Is it worth it? Or should I buy another used Pc with a 980ti for the same price?

Its because they are the first generation TITAN cards, which only offer performance around that of a R9 290 class card (which lies between a 960 and 970.
A 980Ti is easily better.
