Hey So im looking for "Best" GPU under 200 euro for full HD. Options are gtx 980ti, rx 580, gtx1060/70

Site im looking for offers is marktplaats.nl

Solution
I wouldn't spend 260EUR on a 1070 in 2019, when you can have a 1070TI for less money.

The iChill cards did review well, so it's a solid model - I just wouldn't spend more for a 1070 than you can get a 1070TI, or potentially even a 1080 for.

While you may not need the power available, more power for less/same money should be a no brainer.

Of the options, I'd look to the 1070.
Some 980TI's can outperform 1070's, but it's marginal, and a 980TI is ~18 months older than a 1070/consumes more power.

There is a 1070TI on there (roughly 1080 performance) for 240EUR... could maybe see if you could negotiate down to 200EUR.

There's also Vega 56's in the 200EUR range. Might be worth consdiering

Honestly, given the games you're playing, I think € 240 on a new GTX 1660 is a better choice. You'll be hard-pressed to get much value from the difference between that and a 1070 Ti in those games at 1080p. Unless you intend to start playing more AAA-type games, I think getting the full three years of warranty is more valuable to you than the extra performance.
