I am considering buying a used Graphics card that is less than a year old and I am wondering if Gigabyte or other manufactures will honor the warranty if needed?
I poked around Gigabytes website and it just says 3 Years, doesn't mention proof of purchase or anything like that.

Solution
I know major graphic card manufacturers will honor initial graphic card warranty even with a second owner of the card as long as they register their ownership online, some require proof of purchase, and would work with occasional customers even after the card warranty has expired on a case by case basis especially if the card was not disassembled or tempered with. Manufacturers were very linient with customers before the mining wave, now they are more cautious for obvious reasons. I had excellent experience with Asus and XFX few years ago with second hand cards.
