Used GTX 280 to replace HD5450

I currently have a old Core 2 Duo set-up with an HD 5450 that I occasionally use for gaming. I want to upgrade the video card a bit, and found a used GTX 280 and Rosewill 600 watt psu/pkg that the seller is asking $60.00 for. Will there be a noticeable improvement over the 5450, and is that a decent price??? Thanks

You would get a good boost. The price seems decent to me. I wonder about the quality of an older rosewill psu.
