Trying to find alternatives to a gpu for my first build, I was initially getting the gtx 1060 6gb, but the damn miners skyrocketed it's price. Now i'm looking into used gpu's on ebay, and I found these two deals, you think you reading can find good prices like these for me

You think these are good deals or something that I should get for my deals, I'd be willing to pay Slighty more the price of a 1060 for a better gpu
So pretty much, are these worth it?
My first build:
Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock b350m pro4 matx mobo(Ill change mobo if i go with sli)
GTX 1060 3gb (still deciding on what I should get)
8gb ddr4 2400 or 16gb ddr4 3200 (which should i get for my purpose? down below)
Crucial 525gb SSD
Fractal design define mini C micro atx mid tower
EVGA 450w BT PSU (I already have this sitting in my room, If i end up getting a good deal on gpu's then Ill swap the psu for a better psu)
I want to be able to play games with a fast computer. my current computer is a sh**ty laptop from 2008 that can't play any game smoothly (Intel core 2 duo, 4gb ddr2). I am only a teen, and my parents will be b*llsh*tng to get off the computer everytime, and I have saved enough money for a $1000. but I dont want to use that much money on a computer. I will use this computer mostly for gaming/streaming/productivity like programming, maybe ill get into stock market trading/maybe ill get into graphic design(just to know how to do it) I really just want to be able to have a computer that wont freeze every 4 seconds when a program is running(because that's what happens when I play games, even minecraft is a terrible experience. I want a computer that can play every games at max at an enjoyable fps (60 and above) I will really only play Minecraft, CSGO, R6S, Overwatch, PUBG, BF1 and 4/LOL/ rocket league, and that is pretty much it, because life ain't just about games, I like doing other things too, that why I dont want to spend over $920. I'd be lovely if any of you guys watching this thread to find me some deals on any of my parts on that list(even if they are used, depending on the price) but when it comes to my gpu, you guys are welcome to find some deals on any higher gpu than the gtx 1060 for about the same price or slightly more(used)
