Used gtx 980 ti heaven score

Hello I am about to get a used gtx 980ti and I asked the guy to benchmark it for me before I buy it

Here are his results in Unigine Heaven:

I personally think this score is relativelly low for a gtx 980ti even in 1440p but I would like to see what you guys think of it

The problem may be that he was running some applications in background but probably guys who benchmark unigine heaven overclock their card before benchmarking.
And you cannot compare benchmarking to gameplays.

However I noticed that between these tests the Max FPS differ by 17.

I will ask him to do a 1080p bench since this is what ima use mostly
