Used Gtx970 or new 1050ti

I'm from Argentina, prices are very high here. A used gtx 970 is around the same price as a 1050ti (4000 pesos ≈ (233 USD). I mostly play overwatch, wow on a 900p monitor. Should I buy a 970? I found used about 1 year

the 970 is a lot stronger card, get that if its from a brand that has warranty transfer


the 1050 ti is strong enough to pretty much almost max out overwatch at 900p

A 970 is perfect for that cpu. I would buy a gtx 1060 6gb (3 gb if you're budget limited) or an rx 470 8gb, but those cost way too much now due to miners.
