So I was going through the UEFI which is oriented wrong on my vertical secondary monitor so it's pretty hard to navigate and I accidentally clicked on the OC Tuner button which I'd already enabled. It now turns on for a split second, the red CPU light is on during that time.

So far I've cleared the CMOS using a couple of different methods from the user manual and a post online.

not sure what steps to do next, so any help on that would be good.

Solution
Do you even need to overclock it? Are you being limited by clockspeed in any applications? Also pretty sure if you clear CMOS battery then you're free to put your overclock back on assuming it's stable
