Hi, I saw cheap pc in web, with that parts:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Ram: DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB)
Motherboard: ASUS Z97M-PLUS
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
HDD: Western Digital Caviar 500GB Internal 7200RPM 3.5" (WD5002AALX)
Power supply: XILENCE ATX2.3 600W/SPS-XP600.(135)R3
Garbage case...

It's cost about 150 euros, I know it's not premium parts, but maybe it can be good starter pc with upgradable path - i5 or i7 cpu, stronger gpu. psu and etc. Also it has not bad mobo with Z97 chipset. What do you think, it's worth it?

Solution
This PC is wonderfully priced and has a very viable upgrade path.
Your CPU is very weak, however. Although you can overclock it, most AAA games will not even run on it, for they need 4 cores (it has 2). This will definatly need an upgrade for any CPU intensive gaming.
8 GB is a good amount of RAM to accommodate your CPU and GPU, 16 GB later on is recommended.
GTX 460, again, is pretty weak, but look at the price! It's really no good though, the new I3s (in Skylake) have better integrated graphics than that card.
500 GB is not a lot, but sufficient for a few games and an OS (which I assume comes with it?).
That PSU is a paperweight. Considering the system is used, it will power whats there now, but not much else.
That being said, this PC...

Sounds like a fairly decent machine at that price. It will definitely work as a base to upgrade from, as you mentioned. I would see about replacing the PSU with a nicer unit first, for safety, and then the rest can be slowly upgraded. As it is, it should be able to handle light gaming anyway.

That being said, this PC is great!... for office tasks. It would even struggle with piratically all games, Overwatch, for example, needs MINIMUM a GTX 460, all other new games need a 750 Ti.
What exactly do you plan on doing with it right now?
