[SOLVED] Used pc question

Purpose is indie gaming (Celeste, Owlboy...)
Should I buy thispc for 90$:
CPU - i3-3220
HDD - 500GB
RAM - 8GB DDR3
Geforce 210.
Or that for 70$:
CPU - i3-4150 4*3.5 GHz
RAM -DDR3-1333 4Gb
HDD - 320Gb 7200rpm
Intel® HD Graphics 4400

It is outright impossible to get a new pc for under 100 $ and I would not spent under 400.
I would not spend your money on those machines because they were absolute entry level when new and now they are old.
Rather get an older used optiplex tower with an i7 in it and a low-power gpu like a 1050.
Or you check your budget and we might see whats possible new.
