Ebay is a good place to get used graphics cards. Just buy from the ones who have good seller ratings. I've had nothing but positive experiences buying graphics cards from ebay. I would never buy any used computer parts from Amazon though because every single time I've ordered used parts from Amazon the parts were severely damaged.

Let's not forget Craigslist. I sold my last two cards using that site.
