[SOLVED] Used Rx 570 pulse vs used evga 1060 3gb sc gaming

So I can sell the gtx 1050 for a good price and add a bit to buy either a used rx 570 sapphire pulse 4gb or a used evga sc gaming 3gb 1060

I am inclined to buy the 1060 as it is being sold by a user who used it for gaming probably. It's not a shop. Just someone wanting to sell their card. It has its box and so on. I can find the rx 570 almost everywhere used that it scares how many of them there are. I was told not to buy these cards as they used in mining. I found a shop that claimed their used rx 570 were not used in mining. It doesnt have its box and is just wrapped with plastic. It has a note written that the highest temp reached is 68 c.

Which one should I go for?

Both have similar performance. Buy whichever one you're more comfortable with.

Not ALL RX570s are/were used for Crypto mining.

I lean slightly in favor of the RX 570. It performs slightly better than the 1060 3GB. Also, in a small number of games, the 3GB of the 1060 3GB hurts performance enough that even a 1050Ti performs equal to it or slightly better.

Safety? What do you mean?

If you mean the question as to whether it was used for cryptomining or not, that's hard to say. You can ask the seller. If you're lucky, the seller will answer honestly.
