Question Used RX Vega 56 or a new GTX 1660? ($250 USD Budget)

Title says it all. Working on my first build and trying to decide between the better performance of the Vega that was underclocked while being used for mining or the safety of a GTX 1660 with a warranty. I have found them both for about the same price.
Primary use is gaming, will be paired with a Ryzen 5 2600.
