Question Used RX Vega 64 or Vega 56

I have found a used RX Vega 64 for INR 23000. Should I buy or wait for Navi. My current graphics card is an RX 480 Nitro (with 1750Mhz Memory clock).
The seller did not mine on the card.

EDIT: I also found an RX Vega 56 air boost for 18000 with 2 years of warranty left.
The RX Vega 64 I mentioned in the question is from XFX and was imported in November 2017.

If you can wait for Navi, by all means do it.

If you want a card now, then get one.

Personally i don't recommend Vega64, if it's a blower style, It requires an insane PSU & runs hotter.

Found another advertisement: an MSI Airboost Vega 56 for 18000. It has 2 years of warranty left. Should I buy it? An RTX 2060 costs 32000 in my country.
The card was not used for mining.
Also, the RX Vega 64 was from XFX and was imported. It has one year of warranty left.

I don't think XFX offers international warranty like EVGA as XFX tends to ship locally, example if you buy a card from N.America they will only ship to a local N.American address and not to your country. So don't go for imported products unless they are EVGA.

Open air shroud cooler offers better cooling overall, but if you are restricted by budget then get which suits your needs the most, just make sure you have a good rated PSU and good ventilation.

I have a Meshify C and a Cooler Master V1000. Are those good enough?
