Used Seasonic vs New Antec PSU

Hey guys, my PSU tripped the circuit breaker and died last night. Can only hope it hasn't taken something along with it.

Got an i3 2100 and a 7850 which I am looking to upgrade to an i5 and a 970/290/280x used. Budget's around 5k INR approx 65-70$ so looks like I am limited to a couple of options:

Seasonic Sii 620 (3 yr used/2yr warranty left) - 4k
Antec VP 650P new - 5.2k (4.4k after eBay coupon)

There's also TT tr2 s 600 for about 4.4k before ebay discount but I am not sure if it's the P version. Does it say P on the box/product name or can you only find out once you have unboxed it? Also which tier does it belong in according to the psu list?

So what so I do? Old Seasonic, new Antec or will the TT do? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I don't have the seasonic. I meant I can get a used one locally for that price. My question is should I buy used or not.

i would get the seasonic , the waranty is 2 years vs 3 years of the antec vp , and the seasonic is better quality.

also i would get the gtx 970.

Damn apparently there's a slight hitch with the warranty - most of the time, these idiot dealers out here apparently just honour 3 out of the 5 year seasonic warranty plus the guy's misplaced the invoice. In case it doesn't work out, will the antec do?

Yes I prefer the 970 too, I added the AMD cards cause if the PSU works fine with them, should have zero issues with a 970.

BTW both of them have 2 8 pin pci-e connectors right? As in 6+2?

no both are 1 6 pin and 1 6+2 pin which is good for almost every card.

What Antec model?

If it's VP , the SEASONIC is much better even used.

Yes its the VP 650P. Great I'll go for the seasonic if i can sort out the warranty issue but in case I can't, the antec's still alright isn't it? Better than the TT or a corsair vs650 right?

Yes , get the Antec or the Corsair if you can't rectify the warranty issue.

OK thanks both of you. I was kinda apprehensive going for a used psu but you guys have put my mind at ease. I will try my best to get the seasonic.

Last question - of the other three, Antec VP 650P > Corsair VS 650 > TT TR2 S 600 correct?
