Used vs new 1070

I have two people offering me a gtx 1070, one is a zotac amp extrme gtx 1070 for £360 which was used for 2 days and a brand new founders edition for £385 which one should I get?

There is no point in buying the founders edition plus the zotac one has faster clock speeds.

Unless you are planning to water cool it then the cheaper one is better.
