Used windows 10 serial code on install and then it crashed [SOLVED]

i just got windows 10 installed it to my ssd and i entered my windows 10 key then somthing went wrong and it was asking me to install it again, i then had the problem not same format petition drive and had to wipe the drive to get it to work again now my serial code is not working how do i fix this

You do not use a product code during installation. Use the product code after Windows 10 is completely installed, not during installation.
