Useing a phone as a wireless vpn

I need to find a way to use a vpn like this...

wifi-----> phone-----> vpn-----> laptop

any way this is acomplishable

The reason i need this is because i am currently using the wifi card on my pc in order to use a external graphics card and need eather a wireless or wired way to acomplish this if i need to put my wifi card back in then i will i just want see if it works.

well if your phone has "hotspot" then you have the PC wifi-> phone part down easy enough, you can run ExpressVPN app on your phone that would force all communication to be used thru VPN.

so Laptop >> WIFI >> VPN >> INTENET

or use the hotspot on the phone to get the laptop onto the internet, and run VPN software on your laptop. It's what I do for work.

My phone witch is the galixy j7 sky pro has no hotspot or teathering feature and as far as im aware no way to root it

Then your plan cannot become reality, as you need hotspot. now there are hotspot devices that will accept you phone sim card
that could be the alternate option.
