Question User benchmark says my computer has Very high background CPU usage (97%)

UserBenchmarks: Game 100%, Desk 89%, Work 91%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X - 91.6%
GPU: AMD RX 5700-XT- 110%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 250GB ??%
HDD: WD Purple Surveillance 4TB 90,5%
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB 88,3%
MBD: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)

I also tried using Malwarebytes which showed a total of 15 threats. I pressed quarantine but the result are the same.

Well - open Task Manager and check, what is causing cpu usage.
(Task Manager - Processes section, order by cpu usage and find process in top of the list)

If your user is not in Administrators group, then Task Manager will not show all processes.
