User problems with WORD

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsnt.terminalserver.applications (More info?)

I have tried deleting the users profile folder in their personal directory -
this recreates when they log back on and usually clears problems like this
but that has not worked.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Sorry the beginning of the message is missing:

Basically I have a Terminal server user who has had a problem with their
profile, every time they try to access a word document on the network they
get message "unable to locate all or part of the document" - the doc is in
their personal directory and can be opened by someone else.
