User Profile Service failed after adding new user

I've seen the many posts about the User Profile Service Failed at logon. I get that error but my problem is different. I can log on fine with Administrator and also the username that has been active for over a year+. However when I try any other username, before or after adding the user to the control panel I get the User Profile Service Failed the logon error. I have tried to clear the registry but no entries exist for any of these "new users". I have not tried a restore because I have no idea how long ago this may have started. Any suggestions? I greatly appreciate it!!

do you see those in the control panel under the user tab .

I can go under control panel - user accounts and add the users. They will stay in the list. But when I try to log in as those users I get the error message. There are no user folders created or any registry files created for the new user names.

did you use the admin account to had those user .
