User will not able to flash to previous BIOS once upgrading to this BIOS version
What does this message mean?
That means - you can't downgrade BIOS to earlier version.
Is it safe to upgrade my bios or might I completely toast my motherboard?
If you don't do it properly, result can be bricked motherboard.
I need to upgrade to use Windows 11 and secure boot.
Windows 11 support requires UEFI boot mode and enabled TPM (Bios settings change).
It doesn't require BIOS update.
