Userbench gave my CPU a terrible rating

Lately my games have been performing poorly. I recently downloaded Userbenchmark and did a test, and it said that my CPU I7 4790k, and SSD were performing way below average. Is this test reliable? What can I do to fix this?

UserBenchmarks: Game 42%, Desk 27%, Work 39%
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K - 23.9%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 90.8%
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB - 25.8%
HDD: WD Blue 3TB (2015) - 96.3%
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR3 1866 C10 2x4GB - 54.4%
MBD: Asus Z97-A

Solution
Userbenchmark is not the right way to test anything.

Use MSI Afterburner, open afterburner hardware monitoring window,
run your game until you encounter poor performance and
post some screenshots from hardware monitoring window.

Important graphs, that should be visible in screenshots:
fps, cpu usage/temp, gpu usage/temp, ram usage, pagefile usage, video memory usage.

Solution
Skynetrising is right but userbenchmark can sometimes help in showing that a problem does exist if you read each little blurb and know a little about your components specs. What frequency did it say your cpu was operating at? I'd wager something is making it not operate at the right speed. Might be thermal issues so be sure to check temps.
