It seems the dat file is associated with the ssd test.

They added some sort of new disk drive testing method that writes data to each individual drive, which sometimes fails to delete itself.

I wonder if you get same result now after deleting that file, did you try?

You might want to get the latest bios and chipset driver see if it makes a diff.

Run ubm like this see if it makes a diff.
Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
