[SOLVED] Userbenchmark RAM issue

Hey guys, Recently my userbenchmarks keep showing my RAM as Performing below potential (29th percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled.
I custom built my computer, all the parts were brand new and got roughly one month ago. In bios I have enabled D.O.C.P, the ram is set to 3600mhz
The RAM is in DIMM slot A2* and B2* (The recomended slots in the motherboard book).
I have took the ram out, made sure there was nothing there, put it back in, made sure the CPU was not mounted to tightly etc.
There were no issues before, however I had to send my other cpu that i was running (Ryzen 9 3600x) back for rma due to it overheating.
Since i have sent it back some things i have done are Cleared the cmos battery, put ryzen 5 3600 cpu in as a temperary replacement, flashed bios to latest version ( which still does not fix it), made sure all Drivers are all up to date so and all windows updates are done.
Any help with this issue would be highly appreciated.

CPU is Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX X570E
RAM is G.Skill Trident Z Neo RGB 32GB (2x16GB), PC4-28800 (3600MHz) DDR4, 16-16-16-36, 1.35v, Dual Channel Kit, XMP 2.0
System is liquid cooled (Corsair H115i)

Also, I am wondering why HWINFO is not picking the RAM up in the correct DIMM slots that i have it in.

Have rebooted waited 5 mins and ran UBM, still shows no duel channel. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/46070805
Im a bit baffled as to why its not working
Your showing almost 6GB of ram being used at startup.
Which says your loading a lot of stuff.
Some of this stuff may be fighting with UBM for ram access which will make the numbers a little wonky.
Make your startup group skinny so there is less chance of a fight going on.
I don't know what is normal but I see 1.6/1.8GB ram usage at startup.
UBM is just making a guess about dual channel/xmp because your ram speed is low.

104%, outstanding. The description they give in red is misleading. I wouldn't emphasis UB too much. Its good for some things, especially making someone worry over nothing. Difference in percentile is someone(s) out there with the same gear as you have overclocked cpu and ram further influencing ram percentages.

Regarding dimm slots, probably bug with hwinfo. Is it the latest version? Which ram slots does spd tab in cpuz say are populated? If ram are in 2nd & 4th slot from cpu then it's correct.

Hey, hwinfo is the latest version and the ram slots are 2 and 4 in cpu-z

Post a link to the UBM run.

Hey, sorry for late reply have been busy.
here is the UBM link https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45938365
still can't get duel channel running :/
Recently installed a ryzen 7 and this was the result from it

Your ram speed is quite good you might be chasing a bunch of overclockers.
Anyway looks like you might be a level behind in the bios.
Go to the mobo site and compare what they show and what you have.
While your there update the chipset driver if needed.
Start with that and post back I'll try to think of another wag.

Have went motherboard site and made sure bios is latest version, Also got latest chipset driver, did not fix the issue

I don't think you have an issue. There's just a wide range that the benchmark is showing. You have to consider all the different Ryzen chips and Chipsets being benchmarked, along with Intel platforms and overclockers. If you're willing to put the time into it, you could use Dram calculator to push the ram to it's full potential. I have a 2600x whose integrated memory controller just doesn't want to run stable above 3400Mhz, but using Dram Calculator I was able to take my 3600 CL16 ram down to 3400 CL14 and basically blow away the average score of other userbenchmark users. below is userbenchmark results.

Hey can you upload pic of memory tab in cpuz please.

This'll say if your ram is in dual channel rather than relying on UB telling you a possible fix to match top percenters when there is none reasonably and it's only recommending not that It's detecting dual channel or not.

I have never has this issue with memory/UBM. Before I had to send my ryzen 9 5900 due to it being defective it was working see bench shown

For test purpose disable those last two.
Reboot/wait/run UBM without the browser open.
Everything was disabled this time, rebooted, waited 5 mins, ran UBM with nothing open. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/46072890
Another question I have is why is bios showing 3603 instead of 3600mhz, cant find anything out about it apart from this (which had no solution) View: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/gc1vwy/ram_runs_at_360360_mhz_ddr43603_not_3600_mhz/?utm_source=amp&utm_medium=&utm_content=post_body

Could this be the issue, it was not doing it before when i had the ryzen 9 5900 in it?

Also, Attached is the images of thaiphoon burner reads View: https://imgur.com/gallery/ZcP5AoJ

For some reason that got worse may have been just something kicking in while UBM was running.
See if it repeats with everything disabled.
Reboot/wait/run UBM.

UBM doesn't show whether you are in dual channel or not. It just makes a suggestions to check dual channel and that xmp is enabled if your results are on the low side. CPU-Z clearly shows you are in dual channel. Also During boot up the bios can make small changes to clock speeds for CPU/Memory to sync correctly so you may see some odd values displayed for resulting speeds. You are running Samsung B die, which is probably the best memory for Ryzen. You can likely get much better results if you run Dram Calculator... Higher Clock speed, lower latency, tighter timings. It's all there if you want to put the work into it.
