Greeetings,

So i have been trying userbenchmark to see if theres anything wrong and everytime i go on my task manager the utilization of the CPU is low however on CPU benchmark it keeps saying its 100%. I've been googling trying to disable certain services, fiirewall all that. Also ran malwarebytes came back with nothing so I'm not sure what it could be.

Userbenchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/42910674
System info: https://gyaz o.com/9f26fc960c2efccecc43bbffba862c6d

not sure what else i need to include but please let me know what I can do. I suspect ill need to either reinstall windows/wipe my files or this is just a false positive?

Solution
Userbenchmark is not a great utility, so if I had to guess its reporting itself as a background process during the test, which would explain the 100% background usage during the benchmark.
Additionally, if you actually did have 100% background usage, your processor would not have benchmarked as well as it did.

There is nothing wrong.
Running more benchmarks wont change this.
If anything going through disabling services is going to cause problems "solving" and issue that does not exist.
