UserBenchmark says PC is REALLY under performing.

I've actually had my PC for just under a year and I never realised it was such a big issue till now. I picked the parts with the help with my boyfriend at the time who has experience with building computers, but I got the company (Scorptec) to build it for me. I had minor issues with connecting monitors but other than that it's been smooth (kind of), but performance has certainly been lacking the entire time. I finally had the will to look into it and it's really underperforming.

Here's the user benchmark stuff for my computer. Thanks in advance for any advice.

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K - 64.9%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070-Ti - 102%
GPU: Intel HD 630 (Desktop Kaby Lake) - 6.3%
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB - 73.7%
HDD: Seagate ST2000LM015-2E8174 2TB - 40.6%
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2400 C15 2x8GB - 38.2%
MBD: Asrock B250 Gaming K4

I would not look into userbenchmark, since mostly people Overclock their components to the max (as i did) and post results with userbenchmark there.
You may need to compare with other person which got same/similar build.
