[SOLVED] Userbenchmark says pc is underperforming in multiple areas

I've run the benchmark about 4 times now and every time I do nothing changes. My computer is not overclocked.
Any suggestions to boost my performance?

Crappy Kingston SSD, possibly connected to a SATA II port.
Boost the clock on your RAM. Currently at 2133.

Finally, Don't use userbenchmark. Poor tool.
