[SOLVED] UserBenchmark Sphere gpu benchmark failed

Hello so I hope the title gave you an Idea of my problem. Im trying to test system (brand new) and I did it before but now it says ERROR: Sphere GPU benchmark failed aborting all further test on this GPU. I did use rivatuner but uninstalled it. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but nothing. Any idea thank you!

I also checked Reliability History and saw nothing.
OS is windows 10 home

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

When "not working" are there any error codes or pop-up windows?

Look in Reliability History - may be some error, warning, or even an informational event recorded relevant to the benchmark's failure.
