[SOLVED] UserBenchmark Testing

I have a:

x570 i aorus pro wifi
Ryzen 5 3400G
Corsair vengeance LPX 2x8gb Ram 3200mhz,
500gb ssd,
corsair cx500 psu.

I was curious to test my PC on UserBenchmark while enabling XMP in BIOS, could this harm my PC in anyway?

No. But it’s a good idea to monitor temperature of your cpu/apu while testing. Short periods of overheating won’t hurt but if the system does overheat you want to stop stressing it and resolve that as prolonged overheating is bad.

FYI if you ever decide to install a dedicated gpu upgrade that old CX500 psu, it’s poor quality.
