I need your help. I am new in forums and it's my first post. I am writing here because I have realised my laptop is quite hot and slow and I checked the monitor activity. I realised the process called USEREVENTAGENT is literally using all my CPU (up to 117%) and RAM. Fan runs very quickly too and the battery does not last long how it should do. I have been checking on google who is having the same problem and there are ideas but not resolution. I am quite at a beginner level and any help would be very appreciate ( step by step).
