UserModePowerService Event ID 12 Error / Monitor Blink

Hey,

So I have this issue for a while and I cant solve it.

While I'm playing games usually my monitor blinks and throw me on destkop with minimized game. I tried fresh OS including different drivers. Both OC and non OC gpu. I also tried switching monitors through vga and hdmi both since I had dual setup monitor.

When I open that event I have this

Any suggestion what to do ?

Windows 8.1 64bit?

I didnt its always on High no matter what. And that doesnt help..neither I see how its related to Windows Update ? I'm turning WU's always OFF even though its not recommended. I just cant deal with that neither I need more disk usage since I have about 12-15gb free on that partition after I set my OS.
