Username for buffalo router

Hello,
i am trying to change ssid on my router and it keeps asking for username and pass when i put in the gateway id

If the Username and Password are being demanded when you are trying to reach the router's user setup screens this is normal. The default User Name will probably be admin and the default Password may be admin or password.

See the literature which came with the router or download the full manual from the CD which came with it (or from the maker's site).
