[SOLVED] Username is "Generic" at login

So I received a couple of used hard drives a while back and I installed one into my older PC. I was planning on using this as a back-up to the HD that is already installed in this same PC running Windows 7 ultimate since this will be for mainly older games.
I fired up the computer and I was very surprised to see Windows 10 login and "Generic" as the username.
My question is if Windows 10 may still be on this HD. Maybe a dumb question, but that's what it appears. I guess I was very surprised since I figured they would have been wiped. Thanks

Yea it looks like these drives were not wiped. I'd wipe all the drives. Whenever I get hard drive donations, I always make sure to wipe it first.
