Using 2 network cards at the same time

Hi, i have a windows 8 pc with a RAID setup with 2 network cards. My problem is that when i copy files from that pc, it will automatically use both network cards but when i copy thing to it, it will only use 1 network card. How can i fix that?

You would need to bind the networks cards so that they only have one IP address.
- This might not be possible, or 'supported', on the workstation version of a Windows OS.
