Using 3G+ connection with a VPN, speed issue ?

Hello guys,
I'm using a VPN access in my mobile network with a 3G connection and i have a few questions:

1/ If i am without credit (0 MB), can i access to VPNetwork and surf the WEB ?

2/ When using VPN, what I will get, my 3G speed or VPN Speed ?

1) No. The data has to get from your mobile to the VPN server over the cellphone network. If you have no data, you can't connect to the VPN any more than you could on a computer with the ethernet cable unplugged.

OK. but,
What if my PLAN is not yet expired, i mean with my operator I have 1 MONTH 3G connection with only 500 MB, when i "eat" it all ( 0 MB), they switch my access from 3G to 2G but still have "3G+" sign near my Mobile Network Bars and still have access to thier network. ?

No, because no data means that the data can't get from your phone to the VPN's servers or vice versa.

Oh - they go to slower speeds. Missed that.

Networks run at the speed of the slowest link, even when some of those links are encapsulated in encryption. So yeah, it will slow down. The VPN is still network traffic like any other.

BINGO, now i have another question: I am using kproxy.com and believe me it "DONT" drain MegaBytes from my Credit. i use it for surfing the web. Why VPN drain Credit while some Proxies dont ?

Are you absolutely 100% sure on that?

I know that some ISPs zero-rate domestic traffic or traffic within their own network, but this usually doesn't apply to cellular connections.
