Using 4 monitors on a VERY low end PC

I am currently designing a PC for a local church who are installing an A/V system. They need a very cheap computer, and 4 different monitors. 3 are going to be cloned, and one is an extended desktop. I'm publishing the parts list below.

a) if it would work with the 4 monitors scattered around a church
b) what adapters I would need
c) the splitters I can get to split 1 VGA into 3 VGA cables

I didn't plan on one due to cost... I have a spare GT420 lying around, but that would be needed in another project in the summer (also explains the lack of PSU - I have an old Dell 300W PSU here, which will otherwise never be used)

Sry for the slightly late reply, things happened :)
Yes, that is intended - I intend to have one monitor for the operator, and three large TVs for everyone viewing the presentations - the TVs all showing the same picture.
