I have a HP pavilion 570 that I replaced a case on (bit stupid I know) I bought a Nvidia GTX 650 ti boost and went to install it when I realized the PSU doesn't have a six pin power cable to power it. Is there anything I can do to install this or do I have to by another power supply? (BTW I am new to Tom's Hardware so sorry if I put this in the wrong thread or something like that)

If your PSU lacks to the connectors to run a given GPU, that usually means it's not cut out to run that GPU in the first place. Your PSU seems to be no exception, given that it's only 180 W (based on the PC specs I found), whereas Nvidia recommends a minimum power supply of 400 W (the 650 Ti can draw up to 110 W on its own).

Rhino is correct you can buy an adapter and that will work, TJ is also correct as your power supply might not be sufficient to run that GPU. You need to check your power supply and if its bellow 400w than you should really consider buying a new PSU.

a new 400w psu should be less than 40$, probably a better idea to buy a new PSU rather than risk your system.

Im gonna add onto this, what everyone said is true. But before going out and buying a new PSU, i would *Highly* recommend you to measure the old PSU and compare it with the new one you are buying, also check out the screw holes. Lots of times dell uses only "Dell dimensions/ mounting mechanisms" that most aftermarket components are not compatible with.
