[SOLVED] Using a 3rd ‘Silent Wings‘ fan on my Dark Rock Pro 4

So, would using a 3rd fan on the Dark Rock Pro 4 improve the performance.

But, instead of adding the 3rd fan on the end of the cooler. How about mounting it on the first fan? So stacking up 2 fans :)
 
Solution
If you put a 2nd air intake in front of the first one on your car would it improve airflow? It won’t do anything at all. Now if you got a fan that pushed more CFM and replaced the current fan, then that would be beneficial.

I can tell you from experience with having tried the triple fan setup on an NH-D15S.
Short answer, yes.
Technical answer:
It's about as effective as the small dot thermal paste VS the blob applications; some thermal paste is better than none, but one is just wasteful.
1C - MAYBE 2C cooler, depending on the fans, with added noise. You might even start to hear an audible whine at the higher fan rpms.
Plus, the 3rd, or rear heatsink fan, is so close to the rear case fan that it becomes pretty redundant.

What fan can you add for 3rd?? Id just add it for the looks :D

and there are fans for 10 euros.
What fan can i add?
I got 1 more set of those things that u use to mount the fan.
