Using a (circa 2003) Gateway All-In One Computer as a second montior

Hello, I am attempting to use an old All-In One Gateway for just the monitor. The only problem is I have found that the monitor wont turn on unless I turn on the entire computer. Is there a way around this? If so, how can I do this? My computers runs on:

CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4 GHz Quad-Core
GPU - EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) Super-Clocked 1GB

Hi Tyler. Unfortunately, short of opening up the computer and soldering a bunch of wires to the motherboard and sticking a VGA connection onto it, you cannot use an AIO as a secondary display monitor.
